CANDIDATE'S STATEMENTS

Egon Dezihan - Board of Directors - Incumbent
With 34 years of experience serving in many public service capacities at the local, state and federal levels, I have worked with and interacted extensively with many sectors of our society to include the financial sector. That experience has facilitated my ability to quickly evaluate both complex and simplistic situations, gather additional information, and then make appropriate decisions. I hold an undergraduate degree in Business and Marketing and a Master of Public Administration degree. My training and experience will assist the PrimeSource Credit Union Board of Directors to formulate effective, defensible policies/procedures, and expand as a viable financial institution.

Jeff Niccum - Board of Directors

I was born in Spokane, graduating from Mead HS. I earned my BA in professional accounting at EWU, passed the CPA exam in 1989, then earned my Masters degree in business. After working private industry accounting for 10 years, I opened my own CPA firm, which I own and operate to this day. I also teach accounting at Spokane Falls Community College. I would like the opportunity to bring my 35+ years of business and accounting experience to the Board of Directors of Prime Source Credit Union. I have been married 37 years, have two children, and enjoy playing golf.

Homer Todd - Board of Directors - Incumbent
It has been by pleasure to serve on the Board here at PrimeSource Credit Union. I have served on several
non-profit Boards over the years. Currently I serve on the Board of Salem Arms Community Housing Association and Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest and am a member of the Mediation Committee
of the Spokane Medical Society.

Linda Queen - Supervisory Committee
What an honor it would be to serve the fine members of PrimeSource Credit Union! I've spent 11 years working at Premera Blue Cross, 18 years at ISC Systems and 15 years at Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture mostly as an Executive Secretary. Common sense, communication, respect and dedication to PrimeSource’s mission, staff and customers would be what I could contribute to this position. I can be counted on to attend meetings, and perform the duties expected of me. PrimeSource has been my only “bank” since 1984 and it would be my privilege and honor to volunteer at PrimeSource.
