How do I change my address at the credit union?
For your security, we do require a change of address request be in writing. The change of address request must include your signature. You can make the change either in person, by mail or by fax. Remember to also include any new phone numbers.

Please call 1-800-472-3272 to report a lost or stolen VISA DEBIT/ATM CARD.

Click on the Personal Login under Online Banking.  You will go through the enrollment process and will need to contact our office for a password.

What information do I need to receive a wire transfer at PrimeSource?
When a wire transfer is being sent to your account at PrimeSource, you will need the following instructions:

How do I place a stop payment on a check or automatic withdrawal?
Notify the office either in person or by phone. We will need the check number (if applicable), amount of the check or automatic withdrawal, the date of the check or withdrawal and the payee. A stop payment is only valid for 14 calendar days without a signature and 6 months with a signature.

What is an electronic check?
When you write a check to a merchant, who is taking advantage of Electronic Check Acceptance Service, your check will be processed through the safe and secure system that PrimeSource uses today for electronic deposits and payments. The merchant will hand the check presented to them back to you. You'll have the same amount of time before your check is presented to your account at PrimeSource. And your statement will provide even more information to you, reflecting the date the check cleared your account, the check number, the amount, and the place where the check was presented.
