Step-by-step instructions to log into It’s Me 247 Online Banking-
Click It’s Me 247, in the top right corner of the homepage.
The first time you login to It’s Me 247, your user name will be your five (5) digit member account number.
Your password will be the last four (4) digits of the primary member’s social security number.
You’ll be prompted to change the password immediately.
Please Note: You’ll also need to set up three (3) security questions with specific answers that only you would know. These will be used if your device is unrecognized, or if you forget your password and need to reset it online. If you forget your password and the answers to your security questions, you will need to contact PrimeSource for assistance.
Password Requirements-
Your password must be at least 8 characters long, and you can use up to 256 characters.
Combine at least three out of the following four choices: upper case letter, lower case letter, number, and a special character.
A special character is any one of the following: `~!@#$%&*()_+}{|:;’?/<.>,\-
Your password is case sensitive.
Your Online Banking password is not the PIN used for CU*Talk.
Helpful Hints for Safe Passwords
Make each new password completely unique; do not use a previous password.
Passwords should not be similar to your account number.
Do not create a password using personal information that is not secret, such as a child’s name, birth date or pet’s name.
Passwords should not read the same backward and forward. For example, don’t use “123321” or “MADAM” because it reads the same backward and forward.
