What is PrimeSource-4-Cash?
PrimeSource-4-Cash is a payday loan alternative designed to help ease the stretch until payday when you’re confronted with unexpected expenses. It’s a smarter and safer choice than standard payday loans that can have high fees and interest rates.
Who is eligible to apply?
To be eligible you must be a PrimeSource Credit Union (PSCU) member in good-standing; at least 18 years old; have a PSCU savings or checking account; be employed or receive a verifiable fixed income; and not be in the process of filing for bankruptcy.
What amount of cash can I borrow?
Any amount from $100 to $700. Your income must be at least twice the loan amount requested.
What is the term of the loan?
45 days from the date of advance which is longer than most traditional payday lenders. Automatic payment is required and may be made any day up to the due date.
Are there any loan fees?
There is not an application fee. There is a small fee of $10.00 for every $100 borrowed,* which is less than you could expect to pay elsewhere.
How do I apply?
What documents are required?
If you have direct deposit to your PSCU checking or savings account and will be paying the loan from that account, no additional documentation is required besides valid identification. If you are making payments from another account other than PSCU you will need to provide a copy of your current bank statement, a voided check and valid identification. A copy of a current pay stub and valid identification is also required if you do not have direct deposit to PSCU.

You can join! If you live, work or worship within the state of Washington you are eligible. There are other ways you may be eligible, so be sure to call us to find out if you qualify. A $20.00 membership fee is required upon joining.
*PrimeSource-4-Cash loans are due in full 45 days from the advance date. Advance fees are a finance charge and the corresponding annual percentage rate (APR) is 81.11%. For example, a $100 loan will be assessed a $10.00 fee and a $325.00 loan will be assessed a $32.50 fee.
